Vehicle Storage and Maintenance

il Garagista’s car storage service will be situated within the main building. The two-tier mezzanine facility will be built to accommodate up to 70 vehicles. A maximum of 20 cars can also be stored at the first floor of the second and third buildings. To cater to a broader market, il Garagista has space for 30 motorcycles.

From exotic, vintage, classic cars to other luxury automobiles, the Company will provide individualized and premium maintenance for each vehicle while in storage. The two- tier mezzanine facility will be equipped with modern security features and climate-control, ensuring that these highly valued vehicles receive the utmost protection and monitoring.

Vehicle Storage and Maintenance

From exotic, vintage, classic cars to other luxury automobiles, the Company will provide individualized and premium maintenance for each vehicle while in storage. Coffee & Snack Shop: Café La Meccanica

Through its café, il Garagista will offer a variety of beverages, freshly made snacks and pastries. The selections of coffee will range from espresso to latte, from black to mocha, while the teas will range from English to flavored varieties. Juice, soda, and non alcoholic beverages will also be available. The snack and food menu will feature baked goods, sandwiches, and desserts, among others, which along with catered events can be sourced from local bakeries and restaurants. Café La Meccanica will also host local winery, distillery and breweries presenting tastings throughout the year. The interior design and decoration of the coffee shop will project a relaxed atmosphere allowing car enthusiasts, friends, and families to socialize in an environment surrounded by automobilia, complete with Wi-Fi access and other amenities.

The entire facility can be rented out for a variety of occasions such as exhibits, parties, weddings, vehicle auctions and exhibitions and other events to cultivate a unique experience. Founder Erica Garcia will leverage her expertise as an event coordinator to oversee and administer this service line.

Featuring eight stand-alone race car themed residences, each unit will be furnished with either a king or a queen size bed, a desk, chairs, and a bathroom with walk in shower, TV, WiFi and mini fridge. In these ways, il Garagista will foster the ideal ambiance not just for car storage but as a versatile complex for the car enthusiast and the general population who seek to take advantage of il Garagista’s panoramic Hill Country setting.

The Paddocks will be comprised of comfortable bungalows (240 sf) which offer clients or guests an overnight stay or longer to enjoy a full range of exceptional amenities and hospitality services at the il Garagisa complex or in the vicinity.
